Just a Case of FLASH DELIRIUM
We are back to work for our new collection and getting busy in the workshop pimping out our crystals with some flashy new colors! Since last season, we have been adding our own twist to our crystals by making our own colors for them, like the hot pink on our Pink Yildiz Cuff.
This season we plan to add more colors to the selection of the already bright and unique stones we have created.
So here is a sneak peek of what we have been up to in the workshop!

Try a Pan Pan Cul Cul at Pamela Popo!!
It's Friday and finally time to get ready for weekend plans, so if you don't have anything planned yet, might I suggest a great little restaurant to stop by for lunch or dinner with some friends!
Once again Phi Diem, my friend with endless knowledge of hidden hot spots, brought me to a restaurant to check out in Paris...
Pamela Popo, named after Serge Gainsbourg's song of the same name, is a little restaurant in Le Marais near Pont Marie that has well priced food and a laid back, cozy setting that seems as if it was decorated in the 70's.
Took the Zahadee Pasha necklace out to lunch with me :)
The best part of every meal: dessert!
Pamela Popo also has a great selection of delicious cocktails...I recommend the one I had, the Pan Pan Cul Cul!
Phi Diem is over 8 months pregnant, expecting to deliver by the end of the month, and she is the most elegant pregnant woman I have ever seen. She still looks as stylish as ever, even wearing heels like those in the photo below!

A Glamorous Tunisian Hobby
The last group of photos from Tunisia are taken in a salon that did the women's hair for the wedding. Hair salons in Tunisia are always full because it is almost a hobby for some women to get really dolled up for big events with overdramatic makeup and hair, as you can see in the magazines below (I obviously chose the craziest photos from the magazine I could find).

A Tunisian Wedding
Tunisian weddings are a week-long event with several different ceremonies. The ceremony in these pictures is the Outia ceremony.
The bride is wearing traditional Tunisian clothing from Nabeul, it is completely embroidered with silver sequins.
The bride has leaves on her head that are there to protect her from the evil eye.

Walking Around Tunis for the Day
These are the pictures I took while on a walk around Tunis with my sister, who you can see with me in the first photo.
Having a Tunisian breakfast! A honey doughnut and a bowl of figs.
Some of the military; the elections are coming up soon and I wish the best of luck to Tunisia and hope the extremists do not win the election.
This is a shop that sells traditional Tunisian costume type clothing and other antiques. You can see the silver sequins that are often used in embroidery on many of the pieces.
